ROMANIA TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT MEETING

21 PARTICIPANTS (3 representatives from each partner organisation: legal representatives, contact persons, project team members)

TPM OBJECTIVES:

•         to exchange information and ideas among partner organisation representatives with the goal of establishing the prerequisites for good communication and future cooperation;

•         to present Project Management Official requirements, norms & expectations set by The National Agency of Romania/ANPCDEFP;

•         to agree on Administrative Roles of partners within the partnership;

•         to discuss Project Activities Implementation Plan

•         to present Logo & Slogan & Poster of the project;

•         to analyse students’ pre-survey;

•         to design a pre-survey for teachers;                 

•         to create checklist, assessment and evaluation forms;

•         to design Project Dissemination and Evaluation Plans, Budget Plan & Risk Management Plan
